Expect the content created by our members, the owner of all text, code, graphics, logos, images, sound files, and software created by us in the Gloria Application (hereinafter referred to as “Content”) to be Curiosity Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Sti., and all rights reserved. Reproducing or copying the app’s content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

General Terms

• All users undertake to use Gloria only for lawful and personal purposes and not to engage in any activity that would infringe upon the rights of third parties. Legal and penal responsibilities for their transactions and actions within Gloria belong to them. Gloria does not have any direct and/or indirect responsibility for any damages incurred or to be incurred by third parties due to this work and actions.
• At Gloria, we do our best to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information available. However, despite our efforts, this information may lag behind the actual changes, and there may be some differences. For this reason, we do not give any guarantee, express or implied, about the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the information on the app, and we do not make any commitments.

Fair Usage

Premium plan users of the AI engine are limited to a certain amount of character generation per minute and per hour in order to deter automated/robotic behavior and keep the service safe. The exact limit varies by use case. Heavy usage in a short period of time may cause a deterioration in the quality of the output, but this should improve at the end of the monthly cycle. Continuous content generation may make it difficult to find good content in the noise, and output quality may suffer due to external parameters. If users experience problems, they should contact [email protected] . There are no refunds available as per Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for damages arising from the use of Gloria is limited to intent and gross negligence. In case of damages arising from the breach of the contract, the total compensation that can be claimed is limited to the foreseeable damages. The above-mentioned limitations of liability also do not apply in the event of damage to human life, bodily injury or a person's health. We will not be liable for any compensation due to delay, non-performance or default in all situations that are legally considered force majeure.

Dispute Resolution: The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply in the resolution of any dispute arising from the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement; Çağlayan Courthouse Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
